Tagliatelle With Bottarga

Ingredients:

A handful of sea salt 250g of fresh tagliatelle Olive oil Cherry tomatoes 1oz dried bottarga

Method

Bring a large pot of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add a generous pinch or two of salt, then the tagliatelle; cook for the time suggested on the box. Meanwhile, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a saucepan and start browning the cherry tomatoes in it. You can also add a clove of garlic to taste. Then, sprinkle the grated bottarga on it. Add the tagliatelle, mix together and serve right away.
