This black truffle sauce is made from the finest Italian summer truffles. This gourmet ingredient is highly revered in gastronomy. Truffles are a wild fungus, relatively difficult to find as they are only found growing deep underground in forests under the shade of certain trees. It is a truly special sauce to accompany a filet of beef or use it over simple spaghetti to truly appreciate the intoxicating flavour and aroma. We also suggest adding it to omelettes, bruschetta toppings, or use when creating pesto.

- Free Next Day Delivery (Monday-Friday) on orders placed before 2pm to UK Mainland. Perishable items (e.g. cheese, smoked salmon) are delivered Tuesday-Friday. Weekend delivery available for a surcharge.
- Non-UK Mainland deliveries may take up to 2 days and additional charges may apply.
- International delivery available on select products with possible customs delays and duties.
- Storage: Perishable items must be refrigerated. Non-perishables in a cool, dry place. Fresh food guaranteed to have a 5-day shelf life.
