Did you know that Aveyron is an Italian region? Actually, it isn’t, but there is nothing more Italian that crostini: pieces of bread with some tasty toppings. As we are keen on scouting for the best local produced, genuine and quality food, this time we made an exception, crossing the border and offering you Roger Vidal products, a small family business based in the South of France (so very close to Italy) who makes pates and terrines which are made according to traditional recipes (which recall Roman origin, again a link with Italy).

This one is made with duck and pork with orange, and is perfect for a special treat!
