  • FREE DELIVERY · Free Next Day Working Day Delivery (Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm) to UK Mainland addresses for Non-Perishable items.
    · Non UK Mainland deliveries to Scottish Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland etc may take up to 2 days depending on transportation limitations. This is a free service. We cannot deliver to BFPO’s.
    · European and International delivery is available on this product for a surcharge (depending on the country). We anticipate that delivery will be completed within 6 working days but please be advised that international deliveries may be subject to custom delays and surcharges. Some countries do not accept any alcohol.
    · Preferred delivery dates may be arranged up to 3 months in advance. This is a free service for weekdays. Saturday deliveries are available at a surcharge of £12.50
    · It is possible to arrange delivery to multiple addresses for different products within one order - select different addresses at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation for each address separately. Accurate delivery details must include: postal town, postcode and wherever possible both landline and mobile telephone numbers for the recipient

This balsamic vinegar from the hills of Modena has been matured in barrels, which are changed annually to let them absorb the subtleties of each wood. This gives a well balanced, rounded flavour which carries a deeper character than regular balsamic vinegar. Aged over a period of eight years, this almost has a syrup-like texture to it. This well aged balsamic is a versatile product, often used for sauces, marinades, and risotto and pasta dishes.

What Italians call ‘the King of Cheeses’ is a PDO product. As the name suggests, Parmigiano Reggiano is being produced in the area surrounding Parma and Reggio Emilia, in Bologna region. Our Parmigiano Reggiano, which is produced by a small cooperative, comes from the hills, where the quality is at its top since the weather is mild and cows are fresh grass-fed. Parmigiano-Reggiano can be grated on pasta or eat it plain, with homemade bread, some drops of balsamic vinegar or a fresh salad.
