We have accompanied the generous sized chunks of cheese with items traditionally eaten with cheese in Italy. Balsamic vinegar is poured onto chunks of Parmesan to bring out the flavours. Panforte is a 'cake' made of dried figs and walnuts - slice it thin and eat with the cheese. Torrone is a nougat made with mountain honey, egg whites and almonds - a traditional treat enjoyed at Christmas and perfect with cheeses. Sicilian olives, black olive tapenade, sourdough crackers, rosemary breadsticks, and red wine infused baked dough snacks are also included. Enjoy the whole gourmet treat with a bottle of Chianti. • European and International delivery is available on this product for a surcharge (depending on the country). We anticipate that delivery will be completed within 6 working days but please be advised that international deliveries may be subject to custom delays and additional duties for alcoholic items in certain countries.
• Preferred delivery dates may be arranged up to 3 months in advance. This is a free service for weekdays. Saturday deliveries are available at a surcharge

A medium mature sheep cheese produced using sheep's milk from the Emila area and harvested only in the months between April and June, when milk is at its best. It is thermised at low temperature, then the small truckles are matured no less than 90 days; this creates a thin layer of mold and then the cheese is treated on the surface with olive oil. With an intense and tasty flavour, it is called Pecorino di Una volta which means ‘Pecorino of a Time’ as it is similar to the one produced back then.

Torrone nougat is a classic Italian treat made with lightly toasted almonds mixed with honey and egg whites, no added sugar. The honey is heated until it becomes concentrated, then mixed with whipped egg whites until they turn into a white, creamy and light batter, then slowly cooked. After cooking, toasted nuts are added and the nougat is hand formed into beautiful little mountains and then packaged while it is still warm to maintain its fragrance and aroma.
